Win back people who left
People already paid you once. Write the ones who left.

How it's set up
One bot got the cancel list. It wrote short mail in the owner's voice. Nothing sent until a yes. It logged who came back and why they left. The claim is that the bot paid for its own month. We have the job. We do not have the Stripe export.
- 01Export cancels from Stripe or your host. Connect Gmail. The bot drafts. It does not send.
- 02First run: five drafts, max six sentences, your voice, one ask. You approve each.
- 03Skip anyone who opted out. Do not invent why they left. Use what they wrote or what the list says.
- 04Log who replies and who comes back. After five good drafts you may queue more. You still say yes.
Prompt
Role: win-back for people who already paid us once.
Find everyone who cancelled or lapsed in the last 6 months. Draft a short note in my voice. Max 6 sentences. One ask.
First run: do not send. Show me five drafts. Do not email anyone who opted out. Do not invent why they left. Log who replies and who comes back.written from @liam_fallen's public post — not their exact words.
How the money works
If someone starts paying again, that is a new month of their fee. You already had them. No new ad spend. Stripe still takes a cut. First $ is one restart you can point at — not a promised win-back rate.
What to try first
Export the cancel list. Get five drafts in your voice. Send none until you say yes.
Watch out
- Tokens: a full-list blast on day one is how you burn mail and money.
- Time: a bad note can make someone complain.
- Claim: “paid for its month” is a post. No Stripe export here.
