QuickBooks in one day
Ledgers down. Duplicates out. You still own the categories.

How it's set up
They posted that they threw Grok Bot at QuickBooks: downloaded ledgers, killed duplicates, and recategorized. They said it saved a full day the first time. We have the tweet. We do not have a QuickBooks export we audited, and we do not have a public install.
- 01Use the QuickBooks login you already have. One company per box.
- 02Export or open the ledgers the bot will read. It does not invent a transaction.
- 03Ask it to list duplicates and odd categories. You mark what to kill or move.
- 04It drafts the recategorize list. You still tap the change in QuickBooks the first run.
- 05Write the hours you did not spend. Cap the run so it does not reread the whole year.
Prompt
We cannot write an honest starter prompt from what was published. Use the steps above.
How the money works
A day you get back is a day you do not pay someone else for. First proof is one clean ledger pass with duplicates you can point at — not a dollar figure. They did not post one.
What to try first
This week: one QuickBooks pass — list duplicates, fix one category you checked, write the hours back.
Watch out
- Tokens: cap the run so one desk does not burn the week.
- Time: one checked result beats a pile you did not review.
- Claim: A full day saved is what they posted. We did not clock it. Not a public install.
