Receipts, tax, and Trello

Receipts in. Tax pack out. Board moves at night. You still file.

How it's set up

He posted a Grok Bot on email and receipts, invoices and accounts, PDF summaries for his accountant and self-assessment tax, a Trello pipeline, and GitLab auto-deploy. He said a partner’s bot talks on Trello at night. We have the tweet. We do not have the tax pack, and we do not have a public install.

  1. 01File receipts from the mailbox. Do not invent a receipt.
  2. 02List invoices. You mark paid.
  3. 03Build one PDF summary for you and the accountant. You read it before it goes out.
  4. 04Trello comments at night are fine. Cards do not move to done without you.
  5. 05GitLab deploys only from a branch you allow. You merge.

You file receipts from the mailbox I connect. Do not invent a receipt. List invoices. I mark paid.

Once a month, build a PDF summary for me and the accountant. I read it before it goes out.

You may comment on Trello at night. Do not move a card to done without me. GitLab: only branches I allow. I merge. Tax filing sits on me.

How the money works

Clean books and a tax pack you can hand over save accountant hours and missed deductions. First proof is one PDF summary from real receipts — not a refund we have not seen.

What to try first

This week: file this month’s receipts, build one PDF summary, and leave GitLab merges on you.

Watch out

  • Tokens: re-reading the whole mailbox for tax will bill you. Work this month.
  • Time: a night comment is not a merge. You still file the tax.
  • Claim: the tweet. Not a tax pack we saw. Not a public install.
