How it's set up
He posted a custom Grok Bot for landlords. It matches Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and Section 8 payments to a property sheet, reminds five days before rent is due, escalates past-due, and emails summaries. We have the post. We do not have a public install link, and we do not have a payout screenshot.
- 01Put one property sheet where the bot can read it. Columns for unit, due date, expected amount, and what cleared.
- 02Connect the payment inboxes you already use. Read-only first.
- 03Ask the bot to match each payment to a row. Flag anything that does not fit. Do not invent a payment.
- 04Set a reminder five days before due. You still send the first month.
- 05Past-due gets an escalate draft. You approve before it goes out.
- 06End the week with one email summary. Check the sheet by hand.
