How it's set up
He posted a week of twelve Grok bots running unattended, with counts for threads, emails, replies, invoices, hours, and spend. He also said a stale twelve-day memory shipped a bad CSV that still logged green. The lesson: grade what bots remember. We have the post. - 01Name the bots on one desk. Write what each one is allowed to touch.
- 02Pick one memory store. Write the age rule: how old is too old.
- 03Before any bot ships a file, a checker grades that memory: age, source, and whether a human last confirmed it.
- 04If the grade fails, stop the ship. A green log does not override a stale file.
- 05Run one short unattended window. Read the log by hand when you come back.
